These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Career PathCenter (the "Service"), which is operated by OliveTreeBranchCoaching & Consulting LLC("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. Contact: support@otbcc.com.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Use of the Service

  • Do not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt or circumvent it.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
  • Do not submit false information, including in student verification.
  • Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute generated paths or Career Bank content.

3. Purchases & Credits

Path credits are sold as digital packs and delivered instantly. Pricing tiers (Professional, Student, Institutional) and re-up pricing are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

4. Student Pricing & ID Verification

Student pricing requires submission of accurate student verification information. Misuse or false submissions may result in account termination without refund. Your student ID image and headshot photo are used solely to confirm eligibility at the moment of submission and are deleted immediately after verification. We retain only your name, school, class year, and an "ID verified" flag — the images themselves are not stored, archived, or reviewable by staff afterward, so we cannot re-verify or return it later.

5. AI-Generated Content

Paths, timelines, salary ranges, and recommendations are generated using AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not professional, legal, financial, medical, or career-counseling advice and may contain errors or outdated information. Verify certifications, costs, and licensing requirements independently. We do not guarantee employment, admission, salary, or any other outcome. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the output.

6. Coach Olivia (AI Chat)

Coach Olivia is an AI assistant, not a human coach or licensed professional. Do not submit sensitive personal, medical, legal, or financial information in chat. Conversations may be processed by third-party AI providers.

7. Language & AI Translations

The Service may be displayed in languages other than English. Translations of the interface and of AI-generated content (including paths, milestones, and Coach Olivia responses) are produced automatically by machine translation and AI systems. These translations are not certified or human-reviewed and may contain errors, omissions, mistranslations, or loss of nuance; accuracy is not warranted. The English version of the Service and of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy is the authoritative version and controls in the event of any discrepancy. Do not rely on a translation for legal, financial, medical, immigration, or licensing decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by OliveTreeBranchCoaching & Consulting LLC and its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service. You may use your generated paths for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Third-Party Links & Coaching Services

The Service may link to third-party websites, coaching providers, training programs, or other services. Coaching engagements — including any offered separately by OliveTreeBranchCoaching & Consulting LLC — are separate from the Service, purchased separately, and governed by their own terms. We are not responsible or liable for third-party content, services, pricing, or conduct.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OliveTreeBranchCoaching & Consulting LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which OliveTreeBranchCoaching & Consulting LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing any claim, contact us at support@otbcc.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
